Thank you for visiting Del's Desserts!  For as long as I can remember, I have loved to bake.  I love all things culinary actually, and that passion began with my grandmother, Delphia (just love that name), aka Grammy Del.  Like Rosie the Riveter on the infamous war-era poster - “We Can Do It” - Grammy Del was strong and smart and beautiful and was the kind of person who really would just go out and do it.  No sitting around for her.  If she was curious about something, she learned all about it and likely became a master at doing it.  She had chutzpah.  Letting the spirit of this incredible woman guide me, I am whipping up desserts in SATX (with my little gal by my side) and hopefully having the chance to share them, and a little love from Grammy Del, with YOU!
